My name is XXXXXXX and together with my father I run the investment company ‘Search 4 Alpha’ a family owned real estate investment company.

We think that this property might be interesting to us, of course depending on the yield, we need at least 10%. Or maybe you have other buildings for us?

We’re currently looking for real estate investment in the residential field in the NRW area. The reason is that we live in Belgium and this is close to us and we believe in it’s future.

What we’re looking for is =

- 100+ unit residential buildings

- in an area were the population grows

- a minimum of 10% yield

If you have any buildings that you can recommend to us that would be much appreciated.
